40-year-old vineyard located in the valley called Hoya de los Hermanos in Cehegín (Murcia) at an altitude of more than 800 meters at the foot of the north face of the Sierra de Lavia.
Soil with a limestone composition and a loamy-clay texture, stony, giving the wine freshness and acidity, freshness to the plant and good ripening of the grape.
Orange wine made with Macabeo grape.
This white must is fermented in contact with its skins, giving it that characteristic orange color. After fermentation, the wine is aged in 500-liter French oak barrels, where a veil of flower is formed. This biological aging is maintained for eight months, isolating the wine from oxidation and giving it special organoleptic characteristics.
